The photos on this page were taken at the San Diego Food Bank on Martin Luther King Day. Kaiser hired us to cater their employee service day. They sponsored a huge food drive and many employees spent the day busily working and sorting donations at the food bank. In addition to continental breakfast, Kaiser wanted an informal & nutritious lunch that could be served very quickly. At this event, we served over 120 meals of BBQ Beef sandwiches, vegetarian chili, fresh tossed green salad, fresh fruit salad, fresh squeezed lemonade, and caramel topped, sliced apples in less than 10 minutes. After the meal - the pasta and bean centerpieces were donated to the food bank- ready to cook and eat!
